Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, dust bags, and tags. Please note that only items purchased directly from shoplns.com are eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are ineligible for return due to their nature. These include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Health and personal care products
- Downloadable software
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shoplns.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please note, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through SHOPLNS directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If your return is incomplete, damaged, or in any condition that deviates from the original product, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the indicated processing time:
- Check your bank account and transaction history again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- If needed, contact your bank for further clarification on pending transactions.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@shoplns.com, and we will guide you through the process. The item must be shipped back to us for the exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will need to ship the item to us. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
